Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Unroll the sheet of crescent rolls onto parchment paper and lightly press the perforations together to attach the individual pieces together.
Place the brie wheel in the center of the crescent roll sheet.
Top the brie wheel with blueberries and honey.
Fold the crescent roll sheet over top of the brie wheel.
Bake the brie for 30-40 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the top is browned. If the top browns before the cheese has melted place a lid or aluminum foil on top of the brie appetizer.
Let the brie appetizer rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
